Engineering machinery rims can be divided into two categories according to the different spoke structures: with spokes and without spokes.
1. There are spoke rims, including straight spokes and curved spokes. The spokes are directly connected to the axle by bolts.
Among them, straight spokes are more common and cover various models. Including Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, Kalmar, Terex and some domestic models. The difference between ordinary straight spokes and plum blossom spokes is the shape of the center hole. Ordinary straight spokes have a circular center hole. Plum blossom spokes have an irregular center hole with a concave and convex surface.
Curved spoke rims are mainly used in wide-body dump trucks for mining. Common models are Sany wide-body trucks, Lingong wide-body trucks, and Xugong wide-body trucks. Most curved spoke rims have air holes.

2. No spokes: 28-degree positioning rims. The rim is fixed by a positioning block and installed on the axle. Compared with steel rims with spokes, steel rims without spokes have higher processing size requirements to ensure that the steel rims are installed firmly.
